The conversation about what to have for summer dinners is heavily influenced by how oppressively hot it is during the day. The most frequent conclusion at NWS HQ is a simple Caprese salad.



Sliced tomatoes (a rotating cast of beefsteak, roma or heirloom) and fresh mozzarella drizzled with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon, sprinkled with sea salt, cracked pepper, torn basil and lemon zest is the most refreshing no cook dinner.
